Registration & Conference Fee
Registration Instructions: Details for registration and payment will be sent to participants via email.
Payment Methods: The conference fee can be paid by credit/debit card. The exception for employees of CNRS, France: only by the transfer from the CNRS.
What’s Included: The fee covers:
- Admission to all sessions
- Conference program and abstract booklet
- Welcome reception
- Snacks and beverages during poster sessions
- Organized transportation between Ajaccio Airport and the Cargèse Institute

Student Participation: Master’s, PhD, and postdoc students are expected to attend the full duration of the school conference. If this Cargèse’s policy poses a problem, please contact the conference secretary metaquantm@ijs.si.
Master’s, PhD, and postdoc students can request financial support, subject to approval. The support is provided by ICAM.
Cancellations: Requests must be sent by email to metaquantm@ijs.si. Refunds will be processed after the event, minus CNRS administrative fees.
