Registration & Conference Fee
Payment Methods: The conference fee can be paid ONLY by credit/debit card. The exception for employees of CNRS, France: only by the transfer from the CNRS.
The fee covers:
- Admission to all sessions
- Conference program and abstract booklet
- Coffee breaks
- Welcome reception
- Snacks and beverages during poster sessions
- Organized transportation between Ajaccio Airport and the Cargèse Institute on arrival (17.08 and 23.08) and departure days (23.08 and 29.08)

Please note that the full fee applies regardless of the length of your stay.
Student Participation: Master’s, PhD, and postdoc students are expected to attend the meeting for its full duration. If this Cargèse’s policy poses a problem, please contact the conference secretary metaquantm@ijs.si.
Master’s and PhD students can request financial support, subject to approval. The support is provided by ICAM.
Cancellations: Requests must be sent by email to metaquantm@ijs.si. Refunds will be processed after the event, minus CNRS administrative fees.
